Our Award-Winning cheeses are produced in Calabria,in Piana di Gioia Tauro, in the heart of the Mediterranean.They are the result of the artisanal processing of milk, free of additives and preservatives, exclusively coming from sheep and cattle fed on natural pastures and with selected herbs and fodder. The production is completely eco-sustainable thanks to a photovoltaic system andbiogas and phytodepuration plant, which not only powers the farm but also covers covering the energy needs of 2,680 families in the area.
